New RDF Code of Practice Document Released

Following yesterday’s publication of The RDF Industry Group’s Code of Practice document, Andusia are pleased to confirm that they too are experiencing the same growth and strength as the rest of the industry.

The new Code of Practice shares best practice and recommendations of regulations and requirements across the whole RDF supply chain, aimed at avoiding risks such as waste contamination, illegal export and fires.

Since 2012, when Andusia became one of the first UK companies to export RDF across Europe, they have always endeavoured to conform with best practice and are pleased to see that steps are being taken to ensure all other industry members do too. Read More »New RDF Code of Practice Document Released

Is the RDF Market Really Beginning to Slow?

Following this week’s article on LetsRecycle. com claiming that the RDF export market is beginning to slow, Andusia Recovered Fuel Ltd also announce that they have now collected their 35,000th load of RDF and to date have exported over 900,000 tonnes of waste to Europe for recovery – business seems to be as busy as ever.

 
The LetsRecycle report shows that the export market may have plateaued, although this is mainly due to Europe moving out of the recession and beginning to create, and use, more of their own waste.
