Andusia continues its run of contract wins by signing a supply deal for refuse-derived fuel (RDF) with a new customer, Suffolk-based VC Cooke.
The 12-month agreement will see 15,000 tonnes of RDF exported via road from VC Cooke’s Beccles site to Germany and Holland. The baled waste will be supplied to various energy-from-waste plant operators in the region and used as fuel for electricity and heat generation.
Andusia has extended its partnership with Renewi by signing a new supply contract for refuse-derived fuel (RDF) with them.
The contract, which starts in 2024, will see 50,000 tonnes per annum of RDF exported via shipping containers from Renewi’s East London site to Scandinavia over the next three years. The baled waste will be supplied to various plant operators in the region and used as fuel for energy recovery.

Andusia’s staff Christmas party post was a popular choice and little wonder, as our parties are the best – just look at all those happy faces! We celebrated in style as a big thank you to our amazing team who helped handled a record volume of RDF this year totalling over 300,000 tonnes, hitting an incredible milestone in the process – the export of 2 million tonnes of RDF since our launch in 2012.
