swb and Andusia Sign Contract Renewal

Andusia are over the moon to have signed a new contract with swb. This multiple service contract offers a variation of transport methods comprising of trailers, containers, and bulk ships throughout the duration of the 12-month contract.

swb AG, located in Bremen, Germany, is part of the Electric Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Industry. swb AG supplies the cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven with natural gas, district heating, drinking water, electricity, and waste disposal services.

A Hat-Trick of Vessels

Andusia are pleased to report a hat-trick of shipments set sail in one week! We saw 3 shipments depart from various UK ports, with two heading across the North Sea to Copenhagen and one on route to Finland.

An Award to Remember..

Andusia Sign Contract Renewal with Cawleys

Andusia are delighted to have signed a new contract with Cawleys! The contract agrees on 280 tonnes of RDF being exported weekly over an agreed 12-month period (14,000 tonnes for the year).

Cawleys, part of the F&R Cawley Group, was established over 70 years ago and has since grown into one the largest regional commercial waste management and recycling companies in the Herts, Beds, Bucks and Northants area.

Andusia Renew Contract with the Mick George Group

Andusia are pleased to announce we have recently signed a contract renewal with RDF producer, MG Recycling Ltd.

MG Recycling Ltd is part of the wider Mick George Group and is one of the UKs leading suppliers of cost-effective waste management solutions to the commercial, trade and residential markets, with landfill sites, waste transfer stations and quarries across the country.

Andusia and the Mick George Group have had a longstanding partnership since 2018 and are looking forward to continued collaboration in the supply RDF waste material to EfW plants in Europe for the next 12 months.

Malvern Clinical Waste Plant Running Smoothly

Andusia’s hazardous and clinical waste treatment plant in Malvern, Worcestershire, has been accepting waste since 2021, and with almost a year of being operational, we took a trip to see how the plant is getting on.

Capacity is now at a maintained level since accepting waste from March 2021. Improvement plans are also in place for the coming year, to make sure Malvern is operating as lean as possible.
